About Culina Health:
Culina Health is a high-growth, VC-backed digital health startup creating a new category for personalized and culturally responsive clinical nutrition care. Less than 0.2% of patients get the clinical nutrition services they need and Culina was founded to close that gap. Culina Health’s proprietary care protocols deliver patient outcomes that dramatically outperform industry standards and are proven to reduce total cost of care for payers. Through deep partnerships with physician networks, we are helping the 300M+ Americans who could benefit from clinical nutrition care to manage conditions such as heart disease, obesity, autoimmune conditions, GI and liver disease, menopause, etc.
Culina is led by Founder and CEO Vanessa Rissetto, 2024 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year for NJ, Inc Magazine, Female Founder 250, and regular guest expert on The Today Show. Culina has raised over $20M from leading VCs focused on healthcare, software, and diversity, including Healthworx, the innovation and investment arm of CareFirst, Rethink Impact, Collide Capital, Tensility Ventures, and Arkitekt Ventures.
