About the Role:
Report directly to the Head of Payment Operations to manage strategic Partners including financial institutions, processors, card networks and other operations partners.
You Will:
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors to drive progress towards key initiatives.
- Manage daily interaction with financial institutions, processor, and card network partnerships, focusing on execution of joint initiatives and finding new opportunities within existing partnerships.
- Manage third-party vendors that will facilitate verification and authentication of merchant and transactional data.
- Measure, track, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to ensure contractual compliance.
- Work cross-functionally with risk and compliance, financial partnrships, business development, and sales to execute partner strategy.
- Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to assist internal teams with advisory services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Product: Liaise with the Product team to enable features/functionality in conjunction with card networks, third-party vendors and processors.
- Legal and Compliance: Work cross-functionally to implement solutions that ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
You Are:

You Have:
- At least 5 years experience in the payments industry with extensive business, financial, and technological acumen in the space.
- Understanding of money movement, payment processing, payment networks, disbursement of funds, and payment platforms.
- Excellent problem solving skills, with a strong emphasis on the development of frameworks and processes that can be scaled and / or automated.
- Prior experience in a payment facilitator or processor is a plus.
