About the Role

The Director of Implementation will be responsible for building and scaling a team to implement new partnerships with health plans and employers. This is a leader/doer role that will develop tight cross-functional processes with all internal departments, including employer and health plan account management teams, BD/sales, finance, data, ops, marketing & engagement, credentialing, and legal. While this will be an individual contributor role to start, we expect the leader of this function to expand the team mid-year.

Here’s what you’ll do

  • Partner directly with employer and health plan clients to understand goals and requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement health plan and employer deals from contract signature to go-live
  • Build scalable, tiered, and efficient playbooks and processes to implement health plan and employer clients

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience

  • At least 10 years of experience implementing clinical services with health plans and self-insured employers.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and implementations, demonstrating a high degree of organization, attention to detail, protess orientation, and the ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and manage complex interdependencies with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • A problem solver who raises solutions in addition to problems.
  • A strategic thinker who can align implementation processes with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Brings a continuous improvement mindset to standardize our approach to implementations.

Compensation Range $140-$200K based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics
