The Account Manager (AM) serves as the client’s main point of contact from pre-launch kick-off calls through to renewals. The AM works closely with the Head of Implementation and VP of Employer Marketing and collaboratively with the internal cross-functional teams to ensure service deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.

What work you'll do

  • Manages day-to-day client issues and maintains assigned book of business
  • Conducts kick-off calls and pre-launch implementation meetings and activities to ensure seamless/frictionless employee onboarding UX on launch days and beyond
  • Conducts needs analysis, monthly meetings, and QBRs with clients
  • Assists in growing the book of business through upsell opportunities
  • Builds relationships with clients through proactive communications
  • Effectively and efficiently manages complex accounts and high-level service deliverables
  • Project manage and execute activation and engagement marketing playbook (including print materials, events, mailers and digital campaigns)
  • Analyze client performance and develop action plans to achieve targets
  • Prioritize and project manage custom requests and processes for resellers (e.g. newsletter contribution, custom assets)
  • Build scalable toolkits and resources to support small group launch & engagement
  • Maintain material inventory and budget for client programming & onsite events
  • Work collaboratively with internal cross functional teams to introduce efficiencies

Who you are

  • 2-4 years experience in account management, employer benefits marketing or project management role
  • Thorough knowledge of health benefits, point solutions and benefit plans ecosystems
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with database applications (Looker and CRM platforms)
  • Self-starter with a team-player mentality who takes initiative to solve problems
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills, must be very detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with reporting, tracking and budget management
  • Ability to work with clients at a strategic level and obsess about delivering a great employee member experience for our clients
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and excited to join an ambitious team

Compensation

$85,000 to $135,000 based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics
