Job Responsibilities

People Experience

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of People Experience-related initiatives, processes, and procedures
  • Maintain central repository for People team resources
  • Act as an initial point of contact for employees for simple employee inquiries, including managing the queue for incoming requests and questions
  • Support logistics and administration for employee engagement programs
  • Support promotion/transfer/separation/pay-rate change/benefits change administration
  • Skilled in fostering community engagement and organizing social activities effectively
  • Assist with ad-hoc People Experience projects

Teammate Process Administration

  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Process and administer state, federal, and personal qualifying life events, leave of absence requests, and disability paperwork
  • Manage international work and relocation requests

Office Administration

  • Contribute to office management tasks such as mail management, facilities maintenance, inventory management, and procurement to create a conducive work environment for our team.

Events Support & Administration

  • Support with the planning and execution of in-person and virtual company events
  • Serve as liaison with vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Support project planning, timelines, budgets, and logistics for all events
  • Research and select appropriate venues, prepare summaries of costs and capacities and support with event-related communications

Experience & Location Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven, successful work experience; including a track record of effective project management
  • 1+ years experience; with material exposure to event coordination and/or HR support/administration
  • Based in NYC and available to come into the Manhattan office twice a week

Compensation

$60,000 - $64,000
