The Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Agent who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our creators, influencers and brands. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile to understand the inquiries and work hand to hand with our product and tech team to find a quick solution. This person should be tech savvy and data driven, looking to grow a career in a one of a kind tech company.
Key Responsabilities
- Deliver top-notch customer service and support to creators, influencers, and brands.
- Collaborate closely with the product and tech teams to understand and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong tech-savviness, including a deep understanding of the companys products and services.
- Create and manage support tickets efficiently using Jira to track customer issues and resolutions.
- Utilize HubSpot to support and engage with customers effectively, including responding to inquiries, managing communication, and tracking customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, features, and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Work together as a team to deliver seamless customer support and solutions.
Desired Background
- Bilingual - English/Spanish.
- Studies in digital marketing, communications, engineering, data, among others.
