About the Team:

The Growth Team at Paladin is responsible for driving new business efforts. We identify potential clients to grow the pipeline, utilize various outreach strategies to engage our target markets, and collaborate with our peer teams to drive the company forward. The entire Paladin team is entrepreneurial, passionate about the product and mission, and able to demonstrate Paladin’s value to our clients.

About the Role:

The perfect candidate for this role will be critical in our sales and product growth. You will focus on driving new business by sourcing the right contacts and establishing and building relationships with AmLaw200 and Fortune 500 in-house legal teams over the phone, by email, and at events, as well as be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle. The AE role at Paladin will provide you with the foundational expertise you need to not only excel in the role today, but in the ever growing legal technology market.

  • 3-6 years of sales experience, legal preferred
  • Experience selling into the legal market in a plus

What You’ll Do:

  • Cold call, prospect, conduct technical demonstrations
  • Research opportunities, prospect, initiate discussions, build relationships, conduct demos and close deals.
  • This is an end-to-end new business sales role and no task is too small or too large.
  • Forecast accurately and develop the necessary pipeline to meet/exceed quota.
  • Gather and distribute product feedback from clients and prospects to the sales and product teams to help us continually enhance our product offerings.
