Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience, to support our sales team. You will collaborate with the team to streamline workflows, track performance metrics, and provide insights that drive revenue growth. Your role is essential in optimizing sales processes, managing deliverables, and ensuring that the team operates efficiently to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Develop and implement best practices to streamline sales workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and optimize the use of CRM tools like HubSpot to track sales activity, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance for leadership and the sales team, helping to inform strategy and decision-making.

Collaboration and Team Support:

  • Support the sales team by managing timelines and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize team performance.

CRM Management:

  • Ensure data integrity within the CRM by maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on leads, clients, and deals.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on CRM best practices to maximize the tool's efficiency.

Project Management:

  • Assist with managing special projects related to sales operations, such as developing sales playbooks, refining processes, and improving reporting structures.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment with broader company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Expert knowledge in HubSpot preferred. Proficiency in other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with a global team.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
